Hey, i have questions about eyeliner. Every time i put it on, it ends up coming off, where is the best place to put it? And what is the best way to wash it off?? Because sometimes it still is there the next day...lol. Thanks :)

Try Smashbox (in the pot) Eye liner. Sold at Sephora. Stuff works great.
I’m not sure where you’re putting it, but top lid and inner bottom is good.
As for washing it off. Just use a gentle scrub to wash it off.
neutrogena makes a good scrub, so does Olay.
Sometimes face wipes don’t really do the trick.
